Privacy, in plain words.

The short version

I am one person, not a company with a data team. If you send me an enquiry or book a call, I get your name, your email and what you wrote. I use it to reply and to do the work. That is all.

This site has no advertising, no mailing list and no tracking cookies. The only analytics I run is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

What I collect

Three things on this site can collect information, and only when you choose to use them.

• The enquiry form. You give me your name, your email, what you need, an optional budget and your message. So I can see where enquiries come from, the form also passes along the page you landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, like utm_source. It never asks for anything sensitive.
• Booking a call. The book-a-call button opens Cal.com, a separate service. There you give Cal.com your name, your email and a time. Cal.com handles that under its own privacy policy and sends me the booking so I can show up.
• Page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics records anonymous counts: which pages were visited, roughly where in the world, and the device type. It uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites.

Where your data goes

Your enquiry travels through a small relay on Cloudflare, then lands in two places: a private Slack channel only I can see, and my email inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. My reply comes back to you from my email. I do not keep a separate database of enquiries.

The services that touch your data are Cloudflare (hosting, analytics and the relay), Vercel (this website's host), Slack (the message), Resend (the email) and Cal.com (booking). Each has its own privacy policy. I share your details with them only to deliver your message or run the site, never to market to you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no login, no cart and no ad pixel, and Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. If you book a call, Cal.com may set its own cookies on its own pages, under its own policy.

The relay briefly notes your IP address to block spam, a few messages per ten minutes, then forgets it. That is rate limiting, not profiling, and it is not kept as a record of you.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my Slack and email for as long as they are useful for the project or the business relationship, then I clear them out. If you ask me to delete what you sent, I will, normally within a few days. Backups and logs kept by the services above follow their own retention rules.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are somewhere with data protection rights, like the UK or the EU, those rights apply and I will honour them. Email me and I will sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If I change how the site handles data, I will update this page and the date at the top. I am based in Vehari, Punjab, Pakistan, and I work with clients anywhere.
