What I build, and how it works.

Six kinds of work, one way of doing it: a free call, one fixed price, then something real in front of your customers.

01

Mobile apps for iPhone and Android

One app, both stores, built to survive real users.

One codebase, both app stores: pay for one app, get iPhone and Android, with sign-in, payments, maps and notifications.

  • Booking and appointment apps
  • Customer and member apps
  • Driver and field-team apps
  • Your startup's first version
02

Websites and web apps

Fast on a phone, found on Google, easy to change.

From a site that brings in enquiries to a full web app with logins and dashboards. Fast on a cheap phone, like this one.

  • Business websites
  • Client portals
  • Booking and quote forms
  • Online shop extras
03

AI agents and automation

Boring, repeated work, done by software that shows its work.

Automations that move data between your tools, and AI agents that sort, draft and decide on narrow jobs, within strict limits.

  • Enquiry sorting and first replies
  • Content and document pipelines
  • Pricing and stock recommendations
  • Reports that build themselves
04

Internal tools and dashboards

Replace the spreadsheet everyone is scared to edit.

Software for how your business really runs: orders, stock, jobs, timesheets and approvals. Built by someone who has worked on ERP systems.

  • Order and stock tracking
  • Job and project tracking
  • Admin dashboards
  • Approval flows
05

Rescue or rebuild an existing app

Someone else started it. I'll tell you if it's worth saving.

I look at what you have and tell you straight: fix it or rebuild it. One 100-hour repair became a 7-day rebuild.

  • Apps stuck in App Store review
  • Half-finished projects
  • Slow or crashing apps
  • No-code apps that hit a wall
06

Ongoing monthly support

An engineer on call for your product, month after month.

Fixes, small features, store updates and someone spotting problems before your customers do. The goal is years together, not weeks.

  • Bug fixes and small changes
  • App store updates
  • Monitoring and alerts
  • A monthly check-in

Price

One fixed price, agreed before I start.

Small jobs start at $50: a fix, a small automation, a change to a page. Most work is quoted after a free first call, as one fixed price, because it depends on the work.

Three promises, in writing

  • The fix-it promise

One fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. If what I deliver doesn't do what the plan says, I fix it at no extra cost.

  • You own it

You own the code, the accounts and the app store listings. No lock-in.

  • A fast first reply

I usually reply within an hour.

After launch, I stay on as your engineer on a monthly plan, for as long as it's useful to you.

How much does it cost?

Small jobs start at $50: a fix, a small automation, a change to a page. Most work is quoted after a free first call, as one fixed price, because it depends on the work. I'd rather not guess a number before I understand the job.

How long does a project take?

Anything from a day for a small fix to a few months for a full product. The written plan gives you the timeline before you pay anything. The fastest full rebuild I can point to shipped in 7 days.

What happens after launch?

You can keep me on a monthly plan: fixes, small changes, app store updates and someone watching for problems. Good software gets looked after, and I'd rather work with you for years than for one project.

  1. Step 01

    A free first call

Tell me what's slowing you down. I ask a lot of questions, and if software is the wrong fix I'll say so.

  2. Step 02

A written plan with a fixed quote

What I'll build, what it won't do, how long it takes and one price. You know the number before I write a line.

  3. Step 03

    The build

Development or automation, shown to you early and often on your own phone, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

Live on the App Store, Google Play or your website. I handle the store accounts and the paperwork that stops most first-timers.

  5. Step 05

    Ongoing monthly support

Software needs looking after. A monthly plan covers fixes, small changes, store updates and someone watching for the things that break quietly.

How it runs

Five steps, every time.
