What is in a monthly plan?
Fixes, small features, store updates, monitoring and a check-in call. The plan is written down before you agree to it, so what counts as included is never a surprise later.
How much does monthly support cost?
It depends on how big the product is and how much of my time you need, so I quote it after the build rather than publishing tiers that may not fit. Small jobs outside a plan start at $50, and if a month turns out to need almost nothing I would rather move you to a smaller plan than keep billing you for it.
A monthly plan, or just pay per job?
Pay per job suits a product that changes rarely. A plan suits one where changes come in most weeks, or where downtime costs you money and waiting for a quote is the expensive part.
| Your situation | Pay per job | A monthly plan |
|---|---|---|
| One small fix now and then | Yes | Not worth it yet |
| Changes coming in most weeks | A quote each time, and they queue | Yes |
| The app takes money, so downtime costs you | You wait for the quote first | It goes to the front of the queue |
| Store updates and dependency upgrades | Easy to forget until something breaks | Handled without being asked |
| Someone watching for quiet failures | No | Yes |
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There is no lock-in, and if the work ever ends everything stays with you: the code, the accounts, the store listings and the data. The alternative to keeping an engineer who knows the product is finding one who has to learn it from the beginning.
