For transport businesses and drivers

Bookings, drivers and payments in one place, not five.

Online booking, jobs sent to drivers' phones, live maps and automatic customer updates, so the phone stops ringing.

Sound familiar?

The problems.

  • Jobs come in by phone and WhatsApp, and you hand them out from memory.
  • Customers call to ask where their driver is.
  • Drivers' hours, fuel and trips are logged on paper.
  • Invoices go out late because the trip details are on someone's phone.

What I can build for you

The fixes.

01

Booking and dispatch

Customers book online, you assign the job, and the driver gets it on their phone.

02

A driver app with maps

Addresses, directions and trip status in the driver's hand. I've built with Google Maps and Places before.

03

Automatic customer updates

WhatsApp or text messages when a driver is assigned, on the way and done.

04

Trip logs and invoices

Every trip recorded once, and invoices made from that record.

05

Card payments

Paid at booking or after the trip, straight to your account through Stripe.

  1. Step 01

    A free first call

Tell me what's slowing you down. I ask a lot of questions, and if software is the wrong fix I'll say so.

  2. Step 02

A written plan with a fixed quote

What I'll build, what it won't do, how long it takes and one price. You know the number before I write a line.

  3. Step 03

    The build

Development or automation, shown to you early and often on your own phone, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

Live on the App Store, Google Play or your website. I handle the store accounts and the paperwork that stops most first-timers.

  5. Step 05

    Ongoing monthly support

Software needs looking after. A monthly plan covers fixes, small changes, store updates and someone watching for the things that break quietly.

How a project runs

Plain steps, one price.

Small jobs start at $50. Bigger work gets a fixed quote after a free call.

Three promises, in writing

  • The fix-it promise

One fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. If what I deliver doesn't do what the plan says, I fix it at no extra cost.

  • You own it

You own the code, the accounts and the app store listings. No lock-in.

  • A fast first reply

I usually reply within an hour.

After launch, I stay on as your engineer on a monthly plan, for as long as it's useful to you.

Questions

Asked a lot.

I'm a single driver. Is this for me?

Maybe a booking page and automatic messages, which are small jobs. A full dispatch app makes sense once you have several drivers.

Can it show where drivers are?

Yes, with the driver's permission on their phone. Constant tracking drains batteries, so it's often better to update location at the moments that matter.

Can customers pay in the app?

Yes, by card through Stripe, either when they book or when the trip is done.
