For barbers and salons

A booking setup that runs while you cut.

Let clients book themselves at any hour, get a reminder the day before and pay a deposit, so no-shows stop costing you.

Sound familiar?

The problems.

  • Clients message to book, and you answer between cuts.
  • A no-show leaves an empty chair and nothing to show for it.
  • Your prices and hours are spread across Instagram, Google and a sign on the door.
  • You'd like regulars to rebook without you chasing them.

What I can build for you

The fixes.

01

Online booking

Clients pick a barber, a service and a time from their phone. You see the whole day on yours.

02

Reminders that send themselves

A WhatsApp, text or email the day before, so fewer people forget.

03

Deposits when they book

Take a small card payment at booking, so a no-show isn't free. The money goes straight to your account.

04

A website that gets found

Your services, prices, hours and a Book button. Quick on a phone and built to show up on Google.

05

Your own app

For a busy shop or a few branches: an app with your name on it, on the App Store and Google Play.

  1. Step 01

    A free first call

Tell me what's slowing you down. I ask a lot of questions, and if software is the wrong fix I'll say so.

  2. Step 02

A written plan with a fixed quote

What I'll build, what it won't do, how long it takes and one price. You know the number before I write a line.

  3. Step 03

    The build

Development or automation, shown to you early and often on your own phone, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

Live on the App Store, Google Play or your website. I handle the store accounts and the paperwork that stops most first-timers.

  5. Step 05

    Ongoing monthly support

Software needs looking after. A monthly plan covers fixes, small changes, store updates and someone watching for the things that break quietly.

How a project runs

Plain steps, one price.

Small jobs start at $50. Bigger work gets a fixed quote after a free call.

Three promises, in writing

  • The fix-it promise

One fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. If what I deliver doesn't do what the plan says, I fix it at no extra cost.

  • You own it

You own the code, the accounts and the app store listings. No lock-in.

  • A fast first reply

I usually reply within an hour.

After launch, I stay on as your engineer on a monthly plan, for as long as it's useful to you.

Questions

Asked a lot.

Do I need my own app, or is a website enough?

For one shop, a website with online booking is usually enough and costs less. An app starts to make sense when you have a lot of regulars or more than one branch. I'll tell you which on the first call.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. Card payments go to your own account through Stripe, and you choose the deposit amount.

I already use a booking tool. Can you still help?

Maybe without building anything new. Sometimes the better job is connecting what you have to WhatsApp reminders or to your website.

Ready to take something off your plate?

The first call is free. You'll leave knowing exactly what it takes.
